More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
